These terms govern your access to and use of thebackroom.club and any membership tier described on it (together, "The Backroom", "we", "us"). By applying for, purchasing, or using any part of The Backroom, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site or purchase a membership.

Not financial advice

The Backroom is an educational and community product. Nothing posted on this Site, in live sessions, in the Discord, or in any recap, signal, or journal entry is financial, investment, or trading advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other instrument. Angus is not a licensed financial advisor. Trading futures, forex, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

No guaranteed results

Testimonials, payout screenshots, and the $1K → $100K Challenge reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical outcomes. Past performance, whether ours or a member's, does not guarantee future results. We make no promise that following our content will make you profitable.

Membership tiers

• The Floor is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your Whop dashboard; you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. A weekly access pass is available as a separate, non-renewing one-time purchase.
• The Lounge is a one-time payment for lifetime access to that tier. Because it unlocks digital content immediately, it is non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
• The Backroom is by application only and open exclusively to current Lifetime members. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; we accept a small, capped cohort at our discretion.
• The $1K → $100K Challenge is a separate one-time purchase, independent of membership tier. It grants access to the live journal and recaps for that challenge; it is not itself a trading service and carries no guarantee of any particular outcome.

All payments are processed by Whop. We don't store or see your full payment details; refer to Whop's own terms for how they handle checkout and billing disputes.

Your conduct

Access to the Discord community is a privilege, not a right. We can remove content, mute, or ban any member whose conduct is abusive, who shares another member's content outside the community, or who otherwise disrupts the space, without a refund of unused membership time.

Ownership of content

All course material, live session recordings, trade recaps, journals, and signals shared inside The Backroom are our property, licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly repost them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Backroom and Angus are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of this Site or your reliance on any content shared through it. You use this Site and any membership entirely at your own risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or apply for The Backroom.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use the Site or your membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.
